Assistant Managers are expected to be comfortable working in the automotive bays when needed.
This may include:
Vehicle inspections
Quality-control checks
Moving and positioning vehicles
Basic automotive service
Helping technicians
Repairs within demonstrated ability
Shop organization & cleanliness
Outside the Store
Community outreach
Local promotions
Local business relationships
Fleet sales & follow-up
Grassroots marketing
